At THE FOUNDRY we have been providing world class indoor climbing for over 15 years. Our facilities offer an experience for all climbers – from beginner to expert – with novice walls, steep faces, wild overhangs and tons of good bouldering. Add to this our shop, café and friendly & knowledgeable climbing staff and you’ll see that we are a base for the whole climbing community.
Our courses cater for young people, adults and a wide range of groups. We will tailor the experience to meet your individual needs from a fun visit with friends to learning the skills to become an independent climber. We are also a primary centre for delivery of the National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme [NICAS] and deliver the Climbing Wall Leaders Award [CWLA]. We also deliver regular sessions for schools as part of the GCSE Physical Education Syllabus.
